If you're using Internet Explorer 7 on a Windows Vista PC, you will not be able to access the Middough Web Mail system until you adjust the following setting in Internet Explorer.

Run Internet Explorer and select Tools from the Menu bar.
Next, click Internet Options and then click the Advanced tab.
Now scroll down and select “Use SSL 2.0” as shown in the image below.
Finally, click OK to save the change.

You will now be able to access your email as usual. Please note that you will get a warning from Internet Explorer stating “There is a problem with this website's security certificate.” Just select “Continue to this web site” and continue to login to your email account.
