Training & Development
At Middough, we believe that every employee has an obligation to develop their skills and grow in their professional role. Our Learning Management System, Middough Learning Center, is designed to provide access to a wide variety of tools and resources that will help you perform your job and improve your skills. In addition to the over 300 on-line courses that are available 24/7 on the Middough Learning Center, you can also apply for tuition reimbursement for college level coursework, attend various offsite classroom seminars or courses through our company paid training program or participate in training on a variety of topics through onsite internal training opportunities.
