Results delivered to client
The building, located on a 26 acre greenfield site, was designed and constructed in a two phase approach to maximize the client's available budget and meet operational schedules. The 390,000 SF design included a plan for keeping the original facility in operation while phase II was being built. It incorporates an automated storage retrieval system and a high-hazard storage area and 80 truck docks and 35,000 SF of office and support spaces including a cafeteria, conference rooms, a computer and data center and employee break areas.
