This marks the third time the Chicago office has received this honor, previously earning recognition in 2021 and 2023.

The award is based solely on the Chicago employee feedback through the Energage survey. The Energage employee survey has no judges, votes, or pay-to-play tactics, it is credible feedback from real employees.
